Do the scans expire?
No, scans in your account never expire. Once you purchase scans, they remain in your account indefinitely.
Can I use the free plan forever for basic use?
TL;DR: Yes, if you create an account during the betaphase, you can run at least 1 scan every month for free.
Details: You will get 2 free scans when signing up. If your account ever runs out of scans, you will get 1 more scan after 30 days. So, if on the 10th of January you have 0 scans (because you used them all up), on the 10th of February you will get 1 scan (for free). Continuing the above example, if you don't use any scans in February, your account would not get any more free scans issued. But if you use 1 scan in February, your account will get 1 more scan issued on the 10th of March. Sorry if this is confusing, we are working on a better way to explain this. Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you haven't used any scans from your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days.
Can I transfer scans to another account?
Currently, scan credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to other users.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
